• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on LoopyAI
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated using LoopyAI, including images and text, is owned by you. However, you grant LoopyAI a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LoopyAI:

• To generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• To violate any laws or regulations
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoopyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

LoopyAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
